Determination of the concentration of amino acid in synthetic resins
|
| |
|
Quantitative amino acid analysis can be achieved by enantiomerlabeling: For
determination of the loading of resins the corresponding amino acid is added to
the resin. The cleavage from the resin is performed usually under acid
conditions using 6N HCl. If necessary other procedures for cleavage are
applicable.
