Quantitative determination of other the amino acids (Order code: A470, SOP: A.0.6.1):

• All amino acids incl. His and Cys are determined
• LOQ for all amino acids is usually 0.1%.
• Any discrimination is indicated.
• The standard deviation of this analysis is +/-10% relative.

The concentration will be given as % of the weight.
For Cys very seldom also for Met and Trp the LOQs might be worsen but are usually <0.3%.

This analysis  is available as an additional service only eg. in addition to determination of enantiomeric purity.
