Inert Explosion-Proof Multi-Port Valves for Aggressive Media and Elevated Pressure and TemperatureIntroduction:

Volatile solvents, aggressive reagents and metal-free environments are factors which are often necessary in chemical and biochemical processes. For the control of such processes fully inert multi port valves are required to avoid contamination of the reaction products.

The Valves:

  • Fully inert, metal-free construction
  • Novel construction compensates for tolerances in the perfluoropolymer, caused by cold-flow and thermal expansion
  • Diffusion characteristics are significantly improved by the avoidance of surface-seals
