For water soluble substances the anions are determined quantitatively via Ion chromatography. In addition to TFA and acetate also fluoride, chloride, bromide, nitrate, sulfate and phosphate can be determined. The standard deviations and ranges of the results are different for the ions and are about +/-5% over a concentration range of 0.001 up to 35%.
