How To

Do you wish to place an order or receive a quote? Our interactive order form has you covered. Go to the „Interactive Order Forms“ section on this
page and choose appropriate methods matching your requirements.

After leaving your contact details, our customer care representative is providing you with the requested forms.

You receive a general form for customer and accounting contact details ("CAT_Orderform_Customer Information“) and a method specific order
form for analyte specific details and purchase order information ("CAT_Orderform_MethodName “). The intended use of these documents is as
follows:

1. Prepare a separate method specific order form for each individual sample.
2. Prepare the customer and accounting detail form and use the implemented "Attach Documents“ button to attach the corresponding method
   specific order form(s) and thereby correlate customer information with sample information.
3. Submit your order by one of the following options:
   1. Option A: Attach the finalized customer and accounting form, which contains all finalized method forms and send it to inquiry@cat-online.com as an email attachment. Please state whether you wish to request a quote, announce a sample or send sample information ahead of the physical sample.
   2. Option B: Using the "Submit form to C.A.T.“ button in the footer of the customer and accounting form to immediately send your form to
      inquiry@cat-online.com. Please state wether you wish to request a quote, announce a sample or send sample information ahead of the
      physical sample.
4. You receive an order confirmation containing sample information, a statement of costs, additional information e.g. company closing times as soon as the sample is received on our side. Please review our order confirmation carefully and reply in a timely fashion in order to effect changes, file a complaint or request additional information
