If we are not able to fulfil our turnaround times, the customer will be informed. The TAT begins the day after receipt of sample, e.g. 3-day express service: sample is received on Monday, CoA will be send Thursday evening at the latest.
If expanded report is ordered, the TAT increases by one day. If clean-up is necessary, the TAT increases by 4 days. Determination of peptide content increases the TAT by one day. Express service can only be provided for a maximum of 4 peptides and if capacity is given.
